Tacos El Potosino was born from a simple conviction: that the best tacos are the ones made with patience, quality ingredients, and the kind of love you only get from a family kitchen.
Our recipes trace back to San Luis Potosí, where my grandmother taught us that a proper tortilla isn't just food — it's the foundation of everything. Every masa ball is pressed by hand, every marinade is mixed from scratch, and every salsa is adjusted until it tastes right.
Today, we bring that same standard to our food truck on Monroe Road in Charlotte. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or feeding a crowd, we treat every order like it's for our own table.
